Although this recipe I found this morning by Daisy Bun of Full thyme studentis designed towards the student pocket, it is also ideal for those with busy lives as it only takes 15minutes for a really authentic and delicious result.

TheNOSH Notes: My advice to students who have to watch the pennies? Chip in together for a couple of bottles if you can and enjoy the food and wine experience – it’ll be worth it!
